When requesting for an Estimate Online...
Make sure to include square feet and the material of the surface you're looking to clean, along with any preexisting sealants or paints. We use public records of the property and google earth to obtain an accurate measurement if there are no measurements included. This helps us give you a more accurate estimate and makes it easier to schedule and book your service(s). ICR makes the booking process convenient and easy. Self-serve booking, find a day that works for you and our schedule is automatically in there. We are flexible with any last-minute add-ons to your bookings as each appointment has roughly 30-60 minutes buffer time after the appointment is done. There are cancellation fees if cancelled within a 24-hour period before the service starts.
No hidden fees
The price we give you does not change unless you decide to add on more services or cancel within 24 hours prior to service. We utilize Google Earth and property records to find the square footage of your home to estimate the price of the job. We will ask for more information about the material type and the types of stains they see to determine an accurate cost based on square-feet of the area. Estimates are always free!

Our standard cleaning procedure is to treat the organic and non-organic pollutants on commercial and residential buildings. The solution kills all the organics and non-organic pollutants to be able to kill the pollutants at its roots. From using our solution not only is effective at the job, the duration in which your house remains clean is much longer (another 1-2 years longer compared to only using water and a pressure washer). We also treat homes with add-on options to remove rust, efflorescence, oxidation and other pollutants.
A process meant to restore and to last
Condition
After rinsing, we neutralize/condition the surfaces cleaned (which is included with full exterior washes for both commercial and residential). Rather than treating the surface and not using any neutralizer would brittle out the material over time, the neutralizer gives the material a neutral ph level to prevent any further chemical reactions on the surface leaving the material refreshed. It also does a great job of cleaning the windows as it's also a mild cleaner.
Seal
After we rinse, we apply a hydrophobic ultraviolet repellent protector (add-on option for both residential and commercial). We can spray this on the roof and/or house after conditioning the material. Protective Coating protects surfaces for more than 3 years. Spray-on protective seal is offered for concrete as well.
